    I just want to say this is a form of bullying. Ppl can say whatever but it's like this; lil wayne to have chains falling everywhere, baggy denim jeans on or a wife beat or white tee. The dude has finally found himself let him be. It takes age for us to understand who we are and if we as individuals don't dress like you "think" or "want" that is your problem not the individual.
