Being the last Black man on Earth can have its privileges. Warner Bros. has struck deals with Akiva Goldsman and Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment to produce a sequel to 2007’s I Am Legend, reports Deadline.

Smith will be reprising his role as Robert Neville, a scientist trying to avoid catching a bad one from mutated humans in New York City. However, the former Fresh Prince of Bel Air hasn’t committed to the sequel yet since he will have to approve the script, which is being written by Aresh Amel.

SPOILER: In the theatrical version of the 2007 film, Smith’s character seems to perish. But such details have never stopped sequels before.
