'XXL Magazine' Unveils Freshman 2012 Cover
XXL Magazine revealed its much anticipated Freshman 2012 cover today. Machine Gun Kelly, Danny Brown, Kid Ink, Future, Roscoe Dash, Hopsin, Macklemore, Don Trip, Iggy Azalea and French Montana made the cut for the special issue's 5th anniversary.
Although earning a spot on the cover doesn't guarantee runaway success (ask Lil B or OJ Da Juiceman), it can foretell of greater glory to come. J. Cole, Big Sean and Kendrick Lamar are just some of the more recent, successful alumni. Off first look, A$AP Rock is blatantly missing, but that was his own doing.
And yes, French Montana is rocking a bear on his head. Don't tell PETA. Cover below, let the slander begin.
