The fashion jury is still out on whether or not Kanye West’s ready to wear line is a hit, but one of the models in his show has already handed down a bad review. Model Jourdon Dunn, took to Twitter to air her grievances over the $5,8000 heels she will wear in Ye’s show, and it’s a problem that most women can understand; they hurt.

“Don’t get me wrong the shoes are s*xy as Fawk but you can’t walk in them!,” tweeted Dunn. Being that her job is basically to walk in heels, having a model complain means that they must really be uncomfortable.

While the shoes are aesthetically pleasing, featuring intricate embroidery and beading, Dunn isn’t the only model taking issue with the heels. Fellow runway star Leomie Anderson went on Twitter to back up her claims. “omg the model who fit for his clothes said the shoes were so bad and he was cussin her *cries,*” she wrote in response to Dunn’s tweet.

Yeezy’s second runway presentation, which takes place today, comes less than six months after his first runway show was panned by many in the fashion community. Similar to his own style, his first line featured lots of leather and fur, which didn’t sit well with critics.

As for the issue with the heels, having shoes that look good but feel terrible is often the measure of a good product. Famed shoe designer, Christian Louboutin is known for making painful shoes, noting that an “act of discomfort pays off in lots of other ways.”

So there you have it, beauty is pain. This model is just going to have to suck it up.
