Stalley is dropping his latest project, Savage Journey To The American Dream, this Friday, March 30th. Considering that he is an official member of Maybach Music Group, which means his indie work is now getting a major label boost from Warner Bros., what is there that can be so savage right now? The Ohio native explains the mixtape’s title and some of his ups and downs to Hip-Hop Wired.
“A down is just people wanting something from you,” Stalley told Hip-Hop Wired. “The fakeness of individuals who come out of the blue and be like, ‘Aww man, I always knew you would do it.’ I didn’t think it was a true story, but it is.” Watch more of Stalley’s story in the video below.
