In case you didn't know, Rihanna (sidenote: photographer Terry Richardson just dropped some sizzling photos of her) will share any and everything on Twitter. After a fan asked why the Bajan singer was being quite on the tweets, Rih Rih tweeted a picture of her arm, which happened to have an IV in it.
