Jay-Z Says Jay Electronica's Album Is "Scary Good" [VIDEO]
The mythical album of Jay Electronica's is apparently completed and has been heard by real human ears. Those ears happen to belong to Jay-Z and he says that as a lyricist he's almost "scary good." Wow.
