MMG’s Stalley releases his fifth music video for his single “Petrin Hill Peonies, coming from his released mixtape Savage Journey to the American Dream. Rhyming over a viscous, soul sampled instrumental, Stalley shares his rap dreams of “Ferrari Testarossas and 76 Chevy Roadsters” much like the ones on his bedroom posters. Although some might not agree that these “earnest” aspirations, like exchanging gun fire with a gun-toting wife, qualify as a “normal life,” many can attest his latest offering is refreshing.
