One week shy of his Kiss the Ring release, DJ Khaled has dropped more new music off the album. Among the latest, of three newly released tracks, is arguably the most anticipated of all the song on the album: “They Ready” featuring J. Cole, Big K.R.I.T. and Kendrick Lamar. Like “Hip Hop” before it, “They Ready” is another strong offering, and never falls short of lyrical ferocity.  From Cole, who also produced to record, to K.R.I.T. to Lamar, everybody came to win.

For his part, Lamar emerges in the middle of the two southern rappers, to rep his city like no other.  “Hold up, but don’t forget about Compton ni**a/One for the money, two for show, three for No Limit and the rest for Death Row/ That means I’m bout it bout and this is the realist sh-t I ever wrote/And if anyone ever doubted they are the loudest of liars I know.”

From what we’ve heard so far, Khaled isn’t playin’ with this album. Take a  listen below.
