Samuel L. Jackson wants Americans to vote for President Obama and he's not above using colorful word choices to get the job done. According to Politico, as early as tomorrow, the esteemed actor, will film an ad in support of the president's re-election bid.
The verbiage used in the spot, is a play on Jackson's viral video “Go the F-ck to Sleep,” in which he narrates a children's book written by Adam Mansbach. “It's definitely going to get attention,” said Mansbach, who is also writing the script for the ad.
Paid for by the Jewish Council for Education and Research Super PAC— the same company behind a commercial in which comedian Sarah Silverman offered billionaire Sheldon Adelson lesbian intercourse if he stopped supporting Mitt Romney—the ad will invade YouTube on Sept. 24.
Jackson, who is noted as the highest-grossing actor of all time, has long been a supporter of the POTUS. Earlier in the year, he even admitted to voting for Obama because of his skin color. “I voted for Barack because he was Black,” he told Ebony Magazine. “'Cause that's why other folks vote for other people—because they look like them. That's American politics, pure and simple. Obama's message didn't mean sh-t to me.”
