We could complain about why this video took so long to drop, but that would be pointless. The visual for Raekwon’s “The Scroll,” off his Shaolin Vs. Wu-Tang Clan album, finally sees the light of day. The album dropped back in March 2011 while the video was shot sometime later that year in the Netherlands. In the LRG prsesented video, The Chef plays an American hitman carrying out his business while ducking a couple of dudes that are on his trail.

The Evidence produced groove helps showcase Rae’s buttery smooth storytelling skills. The Wu-Tang Clan rapper’s classic debut, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…, recently was re-issued in a deluxe “Purple Tape Cassette Box.” Despite the $45 price tag, the limited edition set (only 1000 were for sale) sold out in 48 hours.

Watch the video for “The Scroll” after the break.
