Lil Wayne isn’t have the best of weeks. Not only has the YMCMB rapper been ordered to pay $2.2 million to Quincy Jones III, but his new album, I Am Not A Human Being 2, has had its release date pushed back.

When it comes to the lawsuit, Weezy feels that he got a raw deal because the judge wasn’t sympathetic to his recent health issues. As for his forthcoming album, Billboard reports that I Am Not A Human Being 2, the follow up to 2011’s Tha Carter III, will now be dropping sometime in 2013 instead of December 11th as previously thought.

In the interim, All that work that caused Wayne’s doctor to order him to get rest and stay off planes means he can be heard on plenty of current tracks; including Rick Ross’ “Hold Me Back (Remix),”  Fat Joe’s “Yellow Tape,” and Kelly Rowland’s “Ice.”
