Proud ATLien Big Boi visited the set of ESPN’s First Take to talk about the upcoming playoff showdown between the Atlanta Falcons and the Seattle Seahawks this coming Sunday. The confident Outkast rapper says his squad is ready to take it all, provided the players stay free of Atlanta’s nightlife before the big game.

“We in it to win it this year, you feel me,” said Big Boi to host Cari Champion. “They put the whole city on they back, everybody healthy. [Running Back] Michael Turner comin’ in with a fresh pair of legs, I mean long as everybody stay out of Magic City and Diamonds of Atlanta, we’re gonna be good. Wait ‘til Monday to go, everybody stay home and make it a Blockbuster night.”

Big Boi’s advice for the home team wasn’t extended to the West Coast visitors; instead he urged that they visit the city’s famed strip clubs. “Seahawks need to go, Magic city gonna have Seahawks night on Saturday,” said Big Boi amid laughter from Champion along with co-hosts Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith.

Smith turned the conversation back to football, asking Big Boi if the Falcons are legit Super Bowl contenders or just regular season studs. “We got home field advantage, the Super Bowl gotta come through Atlanta,” Big Boi answered. “It’s about the energy the city got right now; I mean Atlanta is turnt up. We are ready.”

This coming Sunday, Big Boi and the rest of the nation will get to see if the Atlanta Falcons are for real as they square off with the Seattle Seahawks  at 1pm ET.
