As Rockie Fresh gears up to release his new mixtape, Electric Highway, the Maybach Music Group artist drops a video for his new song called “The Warnings.”
The most alternative artist of the Maybach Music Group alliance, Fresh originally debuted this video last week at a special listening session for his new project that was held at the Sunshine Theater in New York City last week.
Now available for the world to see, this video which was directed by Ryan Snyder and Spliff TV features Rockie in the dark reciting his lyrics to himself while embracing the sweet escape of that smoke.
Draped in gold chains, Rockie walks in a dimly lit parking lot in this performance style video for the song that was produced by frequent collaborator, The Gift. “The Warnings” won’t be mistaken for another version of “Warning” of The Notorious B.I.G. but this song is a pretty smooth jam that you can mellow out to.
After Ross tooled up on some of the street’s hottest artist, the Chicago-raised MC might be the one artist to stretch the range of the crew. Check out the video for “The Warnings” down below and come back for the download of Electric Highway later on today.
