Lindsay Lohan's Lawsuit Against Rapper Pitbull Dismissed
Struggle actress Lindsay Lohan has taken yet another L in court. The lawsuit she brought against Cuban-American rapper Pitbull for the alleged illegal use of her name in a song has been dismissed.
Pitbull didn't just win his legal war with Lindsay Lohan ... he ANNIHILATED HER ... TMZ has learned.
We broke the story ... Lohan sued the rapper in 2011 for using her name in his hit song "Give Me Everything" ... when he dropped the line, "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
Lohan claimed Pitbull never got permission to use her name ... and therefore he had no right to profit off of it.
But today a New York federal judge sided with Pitbull ... ruling that Lindsay is dead wrong on the law -- because the song is a work of art protected by the 1st amendment PLUS Lindsay's barely even mentioned in it.
The judge also ruled ... Lindsay's allegations that she suffered emotional distress are also BS.
And there you have it folks. Pitbull's winning streak continues as he recently presented an award on the stage at the Grammy's alongside Jennifer Lopez (though most people were looking at her leg) and his music stays in heavy club rotation.
As for Lindsay Lohan, she recently had to move back into her childhood home because her funds are minimal. Also, last year she accused Suge Knight's son of stealing $100,ooo in jewelry from a home in Hollywood.
That is all.
