While artists from Chicago, Atlanta and Los Angeles continue to hone some of the brightest young stars in Hip-Hop, New York isn’t too far behind.

Meet Bishop Nehru. This 16-year-old artist is a rising talent from Rockland County, NY in the same vein of rising New York talents like Joey Bad@$$, The Underachievers, Flatbush Zombies and Bodega Bamz.

Bishop, who borrows his namesake from Tupac Shakur’s character in the movie Juice, doesn’t limit his talents to just rapping, he is also a talented producer and music video director. For Bishop Nehru’s newest video off his mixtape Project Nehruvian, he recruits fellow Rockland County native Que Hampton for a self-directed video for their collaboration, “Misruled Order.”

This video seems like your regular rapping-in-the-camera music video in the hood until it takes a shocking and bizarre turn that you’ll have to watch for yourself. Look to see more from this young artist in the future.

After the jump, check out Nehru’s “Misruled Order” featuring Que Hampton and be on the lookout for Project Nehruvian.
