Hip-Hop and sneaker culture collide yet again, as Twista drops a new song titled “A.D.I.D.A.S.” to coincide with the release of the adidas Heat of The Bull sneaker. The track is a trap-inspired anthem that speaks highly of the brand’s lineage and all around fresh product. On top of that, the Chi-Town legend say his kicks are the reason women are flocking. Probably not though.

Twista claims to be “hopping out the Phantom looking clean,” as he name drops some of adidas’s more popular shoes like the winged Jeremy Scotts. “A.D.I.D.A.S.” will also be the first single from the rapper’s forthcoming album, The Dark Horse, scheduled to release some time this year.

Like many of his more recent releases, Twista defers from the soulful sound that gave him a newfound notoriety in the mid 2000s in favor of production that’s more concurrent with the Chicago’s Drill Hop movement.

Do you feel this, or would you prefer to hear Tongue Twista spit on some on Kanye ish? Hear “A.D.I.D.A.S.” for yourself below, and sound off in the comments. Also check out a flick of adidas Heat of The Bull shoe on the following page.
