UPDATE:  According to Los Angeles authorities, they never bothered pressing charges because the woman’s story was not adding.

Philadelphia 76ers star Nick Young is in a world of trouble. A woman claims that the NBA guard/forward roofied her back in 2011, then took her back to his home and r@ped her while she was unconscious.

TMZ reports:

The woman filed the lawsuit anonymously under the name Jane Doe, claiming she ran into Young at Crown Bar in West Hollywood … and he bought her and her friend champagne.

According to the suit, the woman’s recollection of the evening ceased shortly after she downed the drink … and she believes it’s because Young had slipped the date r@pe drug gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) into it.

The woman claims she woke up the next morning in Young’s bed, bleeding from her vagina and rectum.

She says Young admitted to having s-x with her the night before, but claimed he stopped because she passed out.

According to the suit, the woman demanded to be taken home by Young — he obliged — and she beelined for the UCLA Santa Monica R@pe Treatment Center, where she took a r@pe kit and was tested for STDs. She claims a test at the center confirmed she had been drugged, and determined the injuries to her vagina and rectum were consistent with r@pe.

Following the hospital treatment, the woman says she’s continued to undergo psychiatric evaluations.

Nick Young, who starred at USC before being drafted in 2007, is being sued by the woman for  s-xual battery, s-xual assault, false imprisonment, and surely unspecified damages.

The question everyone is surely asking; why did she take so long to file suit if the incident occurred way back in 2011?

Nevertheless, situations like these are exactly why Rick Ross’ now infamous “U.N.E.N.O.” verse was so problematic.

UPDATE:  According to Los Angeles authorities, they never bothered pressing charges because the woman’s story was “crazy” & “unbelievable.”
