When it comes to Too $hort and the police, the result is usually struggle. $hort Dog was recently pulled over by the authorities, who impounded the Oakland rapper’s Porsche.
TMZ reports:
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Too Short — real name Todd Shaw — was pulled over by police in L.A. last Friday for not having license plates on the car. Once he was pulled over, we’re told police discovered Short’s license had been suspended.
According to law enforcement sources, TS was cited for driving on a suspended license … and the Porsche was impounded. He ended up catching a ride home in a limo (classy).
We spoke to people close to Too Short, and we’re told the guy’s not upset at all — “That’s just the way he rolls.” It’s unclear if he has since retrieved the car.
It’s the second automotive pain in the ass for the rapper — as we first reported, Too Short was busted for DUI in March … when he ran from cops.
