Kevin Hart asked a trio of OGs rhymers to create the theme song for his new stand up comedy film Let Me Explain. As a result, we receive the title track by Snoop Lion, featuring Erick Sermon and Method Man, and its accompanying visual.

The veteran trifecta show that they can still rock the microphone after all of these years, though we’re not fans of the beat. Today’s artists can learn a thing or two about maintaining a competitive spirit on features from the three lyricists.

“That’s why I go and get it, I’m so G/That’s why I wear fitteds so low key/That’s why I kill a critic for no fee/And tell the judge I did it and go free,” Meth raps cleverly.

Also, RL from Next makes a rare vocal appearance on the chorus and at the end of the track.

See Snoop, the Green-Eyed Bandit, and Meth trade bars in “Let Me Explain” below.
