2 Chainz made a return to Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club and candidly discussed any topic that was sent his way. From getting robbed in San Francisco, getting arrested and including a cook book with his album, the Hair Weave Killer answered it all.

The “Feds Watching” rapper spoke on the work he put in to become one of the hottest rappers in the game, including NYC’s influence. “New York is never going to die out. This is the home of Hip-Hop so they going to keep making significant progress to get that whole thing back here,” said 2 Chainz “For me I always discuss in a lot of my interviews the influence that Diplomatic Immunity did Down South as far as when Cam dropped the double disc. You had Wu-Tang, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, of course Nas records, of course Hov records; it’s things like that helped influence  the way we rocked down south as far we was able to understand somthe lingo–you had people like Biggie–we was able to understand the dope boy lingo that they brung to the table.”

2 Chainz kept it cordial when discussing Ludacris still eating off his success (he admits he had to pay DTP Records to leave the label), travelling with a personal chef, ducking movies and more.
