Harlem’s Rugz D. Bewler and Philadelphia’s Dice Raw recently stopped through Sway In The Morning and held court with a fiery freestyle session.
Producer Amadeus held down the beats straight off his laptop while Rugz and Dice got busy over some sick instrumental that they never heard before. “I made easy for weirdos to feel comfortable, cool with the killers was one of the Huxtables/Ahmed said only let Black women lay under you and blue-eyed blondes’ll help you with your deductibles,” spit Rugz.
Dice Raw recently released a documentary called Jimmy’s Back that deals with the mass incarceration of Blacks in the United States. The doc will have an accompanying musical portion that’s out August 19. Last we heard, Rugz is dropping a project by the end of the summer that will feature his “Ghost Of Betha” joint.
