Pusha T‘s road to the release of his debut album  My Name Is My Name took him away from the 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards festivities last weekend. Instead, King Push headlined the first annual “Welcome To The Block Party” in Los Angeles presented by streetwear brands Diamond Supply Co. and Crooks & Castles.

The “Numbers On The Board” rapper wasn’t alone as other acts on hand to performan included Nipsey Hussle, Casey Veggies, Hit-Boy, and Ty Dolla $ign.

Hosted by Beats By Dre social media maven Karen Civil and jeweler to the stars Ben Baller, Pusha T performed upcoming selections from My Name Is My Name, several hits from his Clipse catalog and marquee guest verses including “Mercy”, “I Don’t Like (Remix)” and more.

Accordingly, the “Welcome To The Block Party” concert was held in the Fairfax section of Los Angeles, which is the local breeding ground of streetwear culture.
