Stalley Talks Hard Work, Spirituality, & More On Nitecap [VIDEO]
Stalley has an air about him that differs from that of his Maybach Music Group clique. He discussed this, why certain artists should acknowledge the power of their voice, embracing differences in Hip-Hop, and more on Nitecap with Peter Bailey.
Host, Peter Bailey also made it a point to discuss Stalley's demeanor, which he sees as spiritual in a way.
"Again, when I come in writing and getting in the booth and start spitting, it's just like whatever comes out and it's natural," the Ohio native said on his approach to creating records.
And that makes sense if you've heard any of the bearded lyricist's projects. "I was in Paris, right, and a girl came up to me, and she was like, 'If somebody don't like your music, they don't like themselves.'," the MC recalled. He then explained how people love to live vicariously through something, but he prefers to give folks his actual life on wax.
