New York City: The Album may be in the conversation for best project of the year. As it continues to circulate the Internets, its creator, Troy Ave, blessed listeners with a new track called “Do It.”

The Brooklyn rapper takes pride in putting the Big Apple on his back, and remains of critical of so-called New York rappers who bite styles from other regions. “So don’t tell me that you rep New York and you like what I bring/ I head that song when you was trying to be like 2 Chainz,” Troy raps.

Styles P enters the fold after the Crown Heights spitter with a closing verse. The Ghost keeps it gutter in some street savvy bars rapped from an OG’s perspective.

At the moment, there’s no word on where “Do It” will land. Hear the record below.
