Former Re-Up Gang member Sandman is back with bars in tow on his Sovereignty mixtape. Now a solo artist, the Philadelphia lyricist feeds the streets more audio crack music.
Clocking in at a lengthy 20 tracks, the project dons guest appearances from Sandman’s favorite rappers in his hometown. This includes Dreamchasers affiliate Vodka, former Da Band member E-Ness, and up and comers Quilly Millz and Tiani Victoria.
