Whether she was living single or living out big movie roles, Queen Latifah has been living large for some time now at her 7,000-square-foot palace. Over ten years to be exact.
Now that it's on the market, buyers have the exclusivity to the pictures of the estate in full.
The asking price is only $2.4M.
Latifah bought the Colonial in tony Colts Neck for $2.14 million shortly after it was built in 2001, property records show.
Like a real medieval manor, the home features four fireplaces: one in the master bedroom, one in the library, one in the home office and one in the living room, which also features a 24-foot high wall of windows overlooking the secluded nine-acre property.
“Many incredible memories have been shared with those closest to me and my family in this home,” Latifah said in a statement.
Her new venture, The Queen Latifah Show has picked up steam and California is where she has been spending most of time, hence the market listing. They have been hard at work breaking exclusives like telling the world Outkast is striking back with a new LP.
The leading lady also officiated 33 weddings during Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' performance at the 56th Grammy Awards.
