We’re all for surprises if the rhymes are dope. That said, Dreamville rapper Bas delivered the Two Weeks Notice EP with no, well, notice at all.

Clocking in at six tracks, the brief listen dons two original records and the remainder of what you’ll hear are freestyles. Bas’ beats of choice were Pharrell’s hit record “Happy,” Common’s “The People,” Drake’s “We Made It,” and Future’s “Move That Dope.” If anything, this project should quiet anyone detracting from the Queens native’s rapping ability.

Two Weeks Notice drops in advance of Bas’ proper Interscope debut Last Winter, which officially releases on April 29. Stream and/or download the EP below. Give us your thoughts on Bas in the comments.
