Representing The Bronx, YC The Cynic unveils an eerie visual for “Night Thoughts,” a mellow cut that’s one part a display of his wizardry with words and another part story of love lost.
Actress Ajaye Hill stars as the protagonist, while the New Yorker invades her dreams as one of two menacing ghouls. “Tossing and turning/ Crashing and burning/ Certain thoughts of my shirt on another back is concerning me/ Certainly I was jumping the gun, talking eternity,” YC rhymes, thus further perpetuating his feelings of heartbreak.
