Wale turns a negative into a positive by releasing a new track called “The Followers” in light of Meek Mill’s Twitter rant about him earlier today.

A quote from Jerry Seinfeld infers that this song could possibly appear on or at the very least be a product of The Album About Nothing sessions. Folarin waxes poetics over a hypnotic instrumental, produced by Pro Reese and Marce Reazon. The MMG rapper displays intricate his wordplay throughout the record.

Power 105.1’s Charlamagne Tha God partially prompted Wale to release the cut via a tweet. “Hey @Wale today would be a good day to drop a record. Vince McMahon the whole situation…….,” he wrote. As you can see, the wordsmith obliged.
