Milton Milan  Milton Milan became Camden, N.J.’s first Latino mayor in 1997. He was indicted on 19 counts of corruption, including money laundering and taking bribes from the Mafia. In 2000 he was convicted on 14 of the accused counts.

    You forgot Edward McIntyre Sr., the first Black Mayor of Augusta, Ga. from 1981-1984. Mr. McIntyre resigned after his Federal conviction in April 28,1984. He served 5 years in prison.
