Young Thug releases new music by the mound, but “Eww Eww Eww” ranks among the songs that stick out like a sore thumb. Today, Birdman’s protege returns with a remix of the track featuring T.I. and Zuse.
Now that the entire idea of a “remix” is skewed, it can be bothersome to hear guest rappers on the same beat. However, it’s easy to neglect those feelings in this case, because the 808 Mafia’s eerie trap instrumental was perfect for merging these three spitters on wax. Thugga and T.I.P. show listeners what a proper collaboration sounds like on “About The Money,” so it’s no wonder that the latter sounds very comfortable. Zuse waxes poetics in a thorough closing verse, making him a great addition to the track.
