HS87 are attacking the game from all angles. A few months following their We The Plug compilation LP comes a new EP by singer-songwriter and producer K. Roosevelt titled J O U R N E Y.
Comprised of six records, including “Cold” from the aforementioned collaborative project, this body of work rides smooth. Credit that to the lush production and K. Roosevelt’s buttery smooth vocals. Summer has become a hotbed for hard-hitting anthems, but these tunes are a nice alternative to the heavy 808s that dominate the season.
