Lil Reese Arrested on Felony Gun Charge
The legal team for Chicago rapper Lil Reese already knew the drill when they were summoned to action early this morning.
XXL is reporting that the 21-year-old affiliate of Chief Keef was arrested for felony possession of a firearm last night (July 28) and is currently being held on $50,000 in Cook County Jail.
With his last full mixtape being released last fall, Reese is better known for his frequent run-ins with the laws instead of being an actually musician. Perhaps the Def Jam signee’s biggest claim to fame is a 2012 video that went viral which showed him punching and stomping a helpless female. In May of 2013, Reese (real name Tavares Taylor) was arrested again on trespassing charges when he was found sleeping in a car and mouthing off to officers.
He also violated probation from a 2010 robbery when he was popped for marijuana possession in 2013.
The picture below should tell you everything you need to know about the level of worries Reese has when it comes to paying his lawyers.
