When discussing albums slated to release during the second half of 2014, Scarface’s upcoming Deeply Rooted LP is oddly omitted from conversation. In support of the project, the legendary wordsmith offers us a visual for “Exit Plan,” Akon.
If anything, this record shows listeners that Face Mob’s noted affinity for storytelling hasn’t wavered one bit, but the accompanying clip adds further context to this tale. The Houston MC essentially plays an OG’s role to a younger man who’s entrenched into street life. But with Scarface’s guidance via a list of dos and don’ts should set him straight.
