Ohio Man Admits To Having Sex With 100 Corpses, While Drunk & Smoking Crack
It seems that Ohio is doing its best to outpace Florida when it comes to the crazies, no shots. Kenneth Douglas, a former morgue attendant, admitted to having sex with over 100 corpses during his tenure at the Hamilton County, Ohio morgue.
Not that it matters, but Dougles was usually drunk or high on crack when he did what he did.
Kenneth Douglas admitted in court to having had sex with at least 100 corpses during his time as a night shift employee at a morgue in Hamilton County, Ohio, where he worked from 1976 to 1992. “I would just get on top of them and pull my pants down,” he said.
Douglas, 60, would allegedly take drugs and get drunk before abusing the corpses awaiting autopsies. “If I hadn’t had anything to drink when I went to work, it wouldn’t happen,” Douglas said. “I would do crack and go in and drink and go in.”
He was convicted of gross abuse of a corpse after the families of three victims sued. DNA evidence—semen discovered in the body of Karen Range, 19, who was murdered by a door-to-door salesman in 1992 and was nearly decapitated—wasn’t discovered until 2008.
The former morgue attendant pleaded guilty to having sexually abused Range’s body in 2008 and two others in 2012.
On Friday, the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to allow a lawsuit accusing the former coroner and morgue director for having failed “recklessly and wantonly” to prevent Douglas from abusing the corpses to move forward. According to WCPO, this would be the fourth such case against Hamilton County “for failing to protect bodies in the morgue.”
Yes, this really happened. See footage of the court case below.
