Everyone has a smart phone, so apps are the new hustle. Kendrick Lamar and Linkin Park have teamed to launch the Turnstile app.
The app launched this month to coincide with Linkin Park’s Carnivores Tour of North America. Turnstile is aimed at connecting fans and performers at live events in music, Broadway shows and more, even basketball games. The interface customizes to whatever event the user is attending, including aggregating other similar services. It has earned the praise of Kendrick Lamar.
“TDE is all about elevating ourselves to the next level; this applies to both musical content and live performances,” said the good kid, M.A.A.D. City rapper via a press release. “Turnstile is something we can get behind because it will help accomplish this. It helps get fans even more involved and invested in our live shows.”
