R&B singer D’Angelo is going on tour. The “Brown Sugar” singer will be hitting Europe for ‘The Second Coming” tour in early 2015.

The tour kicks of February 11, 2015 in Zurich, Switzerland and will hit cities like Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam before wrapping up in Brussels, Belgium on March 7, 2015.

The shows will showcase D’Angelo as a band leader as well as singer, guitarist and keyboardist. Called the Vanguard, the troop of musicians include bassist Pino Palladino, guitarists Jesse Johnson and Isaiah Sharkey, keyboardist Cleo “Pookie” Sample and drummer John Blackwell. During the dates they will be mixing new versions of D’Angelo hits along with cover songs and new music.

It has been over fourteen years since D’Angelo released his last proper album, Voodoo. A new album, reportedly at one time called James River, was due out in 2014 (although ?uestlove swore it was 99% done, in 2013) but has yet to be released.
