As of Wednesday night (Nov. 19), Raven-Symoné has effectively removed herself from the controversy involving Bill Cosby and a slew of women who claim to have been sexually assaulted by the legendary TV actor.
After a satire website published an article that said the Cosby Show actress once filed molestation charges against her on-screen grandfather, Raven-Symoné almost immediately debunked those rumors via social media.
“I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show!” she exclaimed on Instagram. “I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!”
