Ahead of the Grand Jury’s verdict in the case of Michael Brown, shot and killed by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, the slain teen’s father issues an emotional statement.
“I do not want my son’s death to be in vain,” says Brown in the video below. “I want it to lead to incredible change. Positive change. Change that makes the St. Louis region better for everyone.”
In anticipation of upheaval following the decision, Brown Sr. has asked St. Louis protestors to refrain from wreaking further havoc.
According to Fox2Now, the Grand Jury could be deliberating as soon as Friday (Nov. 21).
