Contrary to earlier reports, Beanie Sigel is still a two lung-carrying Broad Street Bully.
A representative of the Philly rapper’s management debunked the initial TMZ report, telling XXL that the lung had collapsed, but doctors were able to reinflate it back to a working condition.

The 40-year-old rapper born Dwight Grant was just released from the hospital at the beginning of the week after spending a month in the ICU following the December 5th shooting in Pleasantville, New Jersey.
Police haven’t released a possible motive for the shooting but they have maintained Sigel was not the intended target, and it was simply a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
