The organic dissertation that Fashawn brings to the game is finally coming full circle with the release of his long-awaited sophomore album, The Ecology. After debuting the album’s first cerebral thought in the Dom Kennedy-assisted “Gold State of Mind,” the California MC is reminding everyone how he earned his stripes on the new record, “Guess Who’s Back.”
The Ecology is available for pre-order now at Mass Appeal’s store ahead of its February 24. To signify the album’s releasing, Fashawn is also embarking on GoSmart and Mass Appeal’s 26-city “The Ecology Tour” with Exile, Vancouver-based artist SonReal and Atlanta rap duo EarthGang in support.
