Bobby Shmurda won’t be getting out of jail anytime soon. The “Hot Ni**a” rapper, born Ackquille Pollard, won’t have another hearing before a judge until late April.

Recently, Shmurda attempted to have $2M bail reduced, which Bossip reports that the judge denied. Shmurda’s net worth is supposedly only about $400,000.

“There’s no reason not to give him bail, based on the allegations, not based on the fact that he’s Bobby Shmurda,” Shmurda’s mother and manager, Leslie Pollard, told Bossip after the hearing.

Prosecutors said Shmurda is a flight risk if he were to be release and also accuse him of being a central figure in GS9, the Brooklyn gang who his alleged activities with led to his charges of felony conspiracy, weapons and reckless endangerment.

Shmurda, who recently confirmed that he is in protective custody, won’t get a chance to again ask for a bail reduction until late April, when he will be going on a little over four months in jail.
