Life comes at you fast. Stephon Marbury, amid a wildly successful run with the Beijing Ducks, experienced “the humbling” at the hands of Liaoning Flying Leopards’ center Han Dejun.
Standing at 6’2”, you’d think that Starbury would stay low and build from afar whenever 7’1”, 300-pund Dejun came through the lane. But in true Brooklyn fashion, he stepped up to the plate, only to get his soul stolen mid-air.
It was a grand sight, indeed. And that’s without mentioning that Dejun is often referred to as “Chinese Shaq.”
Marbury received consolation in the Ducks win, in which he contributed 36 points.
