The NYPD arrested a man for urinating on a subway platform after he entered a restricted area on Thursday (May 7). While patting down the suspect, the arresting officer discovered an illegal handgun and hollow point bullets as well.

According to the New York Daily News, Lixence Exavier, 28, was at the Franklin Ave station when he went into an area that was off-limits on the platform. Plainclothes officers working in the area observed Exavier’s actions and approached him, with the man explaining he couldn’t hold it any longer. Officer Jacob Rosario frisked Exavier, discovering the .45-caliber Smith & Wesson MP gun and nine of the bullets. Gothamist printed a portion of the NYPD’s statement regarding the arrest.

From Gothamist:

When questioned as to his actions, the suspect stated that had to urinate and couldn’t hold it. Officer Rosario placed the male under arrest and during the course of frisking the suspect a .45 caliber Smith and Wesson MP firearm was recovered from the suspect’s left side waistband area. Additionally, a firearm magazine containing nine hollow point bullets was recovered from the male’s left front pants pocket.

Exavier had arrests in the past for offenses related to driving but none regarding serious charges. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal trespass, and a violation for public urination.

Too bad homie didn’t have any adult diapers on. Or, considering the charge, maybe not.
