Tyga already stated he doesn’t care what you think about his dating (and presumably banging) 17-year-old Kylie Jenner but don’t think he’s riding the wave alone.
The Daily Mail caught up with Tyga’s grandma, Kim Nguyen, and she gave his controversial relationship her stamp of approval, partially because it sounds like she hates his baby mama, Blac Chyna.
“We all love Kylie and think she is so much better for Tyga than Blac,” she said, presumably speaking for the family. “Yes she is King’s mum, but Blac just wasn’t a very nice person and Kylie comes from a much better family.”
While the 70-year-old granny stopped short of judging the remnants of Ms. Chyna’s soul, recent actions have spoken in her favor. Blac Chyna has been cyberbullying young Kylie on Instagram pretty heavy over the past month or so. The two fathered a son–King Cairo–in October 2012 but split shortly afterwards. Now it appears that the jealously has festered into an obsession, probably giving Tyga’s grandma an easy choice in picking favorites.
“‘She is such a sweet, lovely girl and seems to adore Tyga,” she continued. [Editor’s Note: Wait. She actually calls him Tyga?] “So we didn’t mind him splitting up from Blac. It was a relief for us all. She loves Vietnamese food, so we love to cook it for her whenever Tyga invites us to his home.”

In the state of California, the age of consent is 18 years of age but charges are generally only filed if a guardian reports the crime. It seems like Tyga is beloved on both sides so cheers to August 10, 2015! (Kylie’s big 18th birthday.)
