Recently, Geraldo Rivera said that Kendrick Lamar’s performance during the BET Awards sent the “wrong message.” Because, protesting police brutality, despite a sh*t ton of evidence, makes him uncomfortable.
This sort of rhetoric isn’t shocking if your familiar with Geraldo and his divisive, FOX News worthy shtick of race trolling. Back in February, his diarrhea of the mouth included saying Hip-Hop has ruined more Black lives than racism.
It’s typical of Geraldo and his cronies to blame the victims for their predicament. But let’s look at Geraldo Rivera’s track record, shall we? From what we gather, it is Mr. Rivera who has been more damaging to social media etiquette, journalism and humanity overall than Hip-Hop could ever be.
