Jared Fogle is expected to plead guilty to child pornography charges tomorrow, and Subway has officially dumped him. The reported plea comes over a month after authorities removed evidence from his home in what was believed to be a separate a child porn case involving the former executive director of his non-profit organization.

Subway released a statement today announcing their split from Fogle. “Subway and Jared Fogle have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation,” the chain said in a statement. “Jared continues to cooperate with authorities and he expects no actions to be forthcoming…Both Jared and Subway agree that this was the appropriate step to take.”

Following the FBI raid on Fogle’s house, a report revealed that he allegedly paid for a  sexual encounter with a 16-year-old, which is the age of consent in his home state of Indiana.

According to another report, an anonymous Florida journalist helped trigger the investigation. The woman contacted the FBI after hearing Fogle make numerous inappropriate comments about middle school girls, and wore a wire to help bust him.

Fogle has never publicly addressed the child porn reports.
