Taco Bell has treated the employment of one of their executives like the morning after a Forthmeal chalupa and sh*tted on his terms of employment.

Benjamin Golden, 32, the now former head of Taco Bell’s mobile commerce and innovation initiatives department, was handed his walking papers after it was discovered he physically assaulted a Uber driver during a drunken tirade on the early morning of Friday, October 30 in Coasta Mesa, California. The driver had a dash camera installed in his car.

“Given the behavior of the individual, it is clear he can no longer work for us,” Taco Bell said in a statement emailed to CNBC. “We have also offered and encouraged him to seek professional help.”

Uber driver Edward Caban was the employee who picked up Golden and after becoming increasingly annoyed with his passenger’s inability to give him proper directions, pulled over to kick him out of the vehicle. Golden was then seen pulling Caban’s hair and brutally punching him in the side of his face until Caban retrieved the mace on his keychain and doused the drunk rider until he slithered away. When cops located Golden, he was still vomiting as a result from the spray.

He was then arrested and charged with assault and public intoxication.
