There isn’t much debate about it; Fetty Wap definitely dominated the radio in 2015.

As the year progressed, he became the first artist to simultaneously chart his first four entries in the top 10 of the Hot Rap Songs chart in its 26-year history, allowing for his self-titled debut album to grab the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200.

And it all began with the song “Trap Queen,” whose popularity just continued to soar even though it was released independently back in April of 2014.

The people have spoken and Music Choice has released its annual “MC 100” Countdown Special and “Trap Queen” has beaten out the likes of Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood,” Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk” and Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again” to take the top spot.
